As a first time buyer I had a lot of questions and things to clarify from my own reading that I would cross reference and they would happily answer my queries and help me understand and blanks in knowledge. Their portal is easy to use and gives that added security. As a team they have excellent customer care and really happy with the support they gave. My completion took longer than expected no fault of the solicitors, they guided me along always chasing up information and updates on my behalf and I was happy with how proactive they were.
