Used this company for the sale of a rental property. First class and professional from the start. Great communication from Chloe throughout, making the whole process very easy. Had a delay in the middle of the process due to tenant issues, but Chloe still prepped the file, getting everything ready and then just held it until we could resume. When we did resume, due to all the preparation work that had been undertaken, the exchange of contracts took only 4 days, with completion the very next day. Well recommended and will definitely use again.

Great service. Exceeded my expectations

Key helped us to complete on our property in record time. 7 weeks from first viewing to completion. At the start, they said it would take 12 to 16 weeks. Ours was an easy transaction, cash buyers, empty house, no chain. Even so, you have to be on it to get it done quickly.
Key were able to keep pace and never held things up more than they needed to.
This was our 3rd time using them and they have always been a pleasure to work with.

An amazing experience!

We were introduced to Key through our estate agent and I was a little sceptical as they are a huge company. I shouldn’t have worried at all, from start to finish they’ve absolutely outstanding! I could always speak to someone if I called up. The team I dealt with all made me feel they were invested in my sale/purchased. We needed a 6 week completion and we were ready in 4. The people we were buying off had awful solicitors and they left everything until the last minute, on two separate occasions our solicitors were working on our case at 8.30pm to ensure we hit the deadline 🙌. We can not thank Helen,Harriett,Courtney and the team enough for all their hard work. We are so very grateful.

Fantastic Service!

House moving is daunting at best. Very long winded and soul crushing along the way. Key conveyancing and especially Alessia were fantastic. Professional, quick and on the ball. Never had a problem with getting in touch with Alessia and answered every question we threw their way. I would fully recommend key conveyancing to anyone. Hopefully won’t be needing your services any time soon but when the time comes I’ll be coming straight back.
