In particular, we will obtain a copy of your legal title to your property and we will obtain a redemption figure for your mortgage from your Mortgage Lender (if you have one). We will then ensure that the sale documentation is structured in an efficient and effective manner and, most importantly, we will keep the pressure up on the Buyers’ Solicitors to give you the best chance of completing the sale on your chosen date
